Emilia’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through in her leadership roles, including spearheading the launch of a luxury furniture company in the U.S., launching a wellness brand in Brazil that gained traction among the most prestigious retailers, and serving as Fractional Sales Director for the global leader in Beauty Tech (AI/AR) in Brazil. Her extensive global experience spans the U.S., Brazil, China, Mexico, and Argentina.

She has successfully integrated ESG strategies, enhancing brand value and market positioning, into global brands' communications.Throughout her career, she has developed and led branding and communication strategies for global companies like Nivea, Santander, Itaú, YSL, TIM Mobile, and J&J.
