Jeffrey Crane leverages his 30 years of leadership experience in improving operational performance and client satisfaction in various industries through the use of cutting-edge technologies to focus on delivering best-in-class customized solutions with a concierge-level touch for all our clients.
Prior to founding Dragon Discovery, Jeff was the director of data acquisitions and forensics group within Merrill Corporation’s (now DTI Global) Client Advisory Services division for several years, where he provided a full spectrum of e-Discovery consulting services to large, multinational clients worldwide, conducting high-profile investigations for more than 150+ cases, including Congressional investigations, federal indictments, HRS 2nd Requests, intellectual property theft, and RICO cases. He has also testified under FRCP 30(b)(6) Corporate Deposition.
Jeff held several executive-level positions, including Executive Director of John P. Murtha Institute for Homeland Security. The Institute consisted of several research institutes, centers, and academic programs, including the National Security Agency (NSA) Center of Excellence in Information Assurance, and Department of Defense Programs. He has advised senior Congressional and Senate members, the Surgeon General’s Office, and various federal /state government agencies.
He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration; a Master’s degree in Public Administration; a Doctorate of Philosophy degree, and was a fellow at the University of Pittsburgh’s Center of National Preparedness. He also has certifications in computer and mobile forensics, and has received extensive forensics training on a wide array of platforms and technologies. He is a licensed private investigator, and a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM). He also currently serves as the President, Florida Chapter of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA).
Jeff served proudly in the U.S. military where he served as a combat engineer with the Army’s 11th Special Forces Group and 391st Engineer Battalion, and was a corpsman in the Navy, last stationed at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Emilia Sayulia is a highly experienced senior strategy executive, and a seasoned entrepreneur that brings over 25 years' experience advising senior management at Fortune 500 and large, offshore companies. She has consistently delivered robust, long-lasting results.
As an consultant, she supported several companies with their entry into new markets, building new businesses in the U.S., Brazil, and China, making Emilia an individual with exceptional capabilities that combine robust corporate strategy with solid implementation and operational expertise.
She was the Managing Partner for Simpex, Inc., Managing Director for the U.S. market for a luxury Brazilian furniture company, Senior Executive for Monitor Group, and a Sales Promotion Supervisor for Incepa.
Emilia has an Master’s in Business Administration from York University, Canada, and a post-undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley.
